Service Representative |
Description:
HawkSoft, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join
the team. Successful candidates will be trained to provide a variety of
customer services to users of the HawkSoft Client Management System
software. Responsibilities will include responding to support calls or
e-mails from users of the CMS program. Such assistance will be for various
user needs that might include:

Training users on the use of
the CMS program and its features
-
Technical support of the CMS
program and related third party software
- Technical
support of the installation and configuration of the CMS program on
networked computers.
Skills Needed:
Excellent candidates for the Customer Service Representative position will
pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable,
and have the following skills and related work experience:
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
- Computer skills
- Insurance Industry Experience is a plus
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong phone presence
- Multi-Tasking skills
- HawkSoft Client Management System experience is a strong plus
Rate of Pay: Based on experience - Full time position

Developer/Programmer |
Description: We are currently
seeking a computer programmer / software developer to help maintain and
expand the Client Management System (also known as CMS).
Skills Needed: Must have 2+ years professional programming experience
using Microsoft Visual C++ w/ MFC creating Windows Applications. Must be
able to handle tasks on their own as well as work in a team environment.
Responsibilities include design, develop, customize, test, support and
maintain code in the VC++ environment. Also must have experience with the
.NET framework. SQL experience desired.
Rate of Pay: Based on experience - Full time position
